There's so much amazing poetry and music that has winter as its theme, that really resonates with me as a Canadian at this time of year. For example:
Gordon Lightfoot's "Song for a Winter's Night" (sung SO beautifully by Sarah McLachlan: https://youtu.be/G0vSA5_8J0M?si=UDlrnsnkuTLARYOr
Robert Frost's "Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening": https://poets.org/poem/stopping-woods-snowy-evening
and of course, lots of the Vince Guaraldi Trio's jazz soundtrack to the Charlie Brown Christmas, including: https://youtu.be/YvI_FNrczzQ?si=IXm-7Jl-DIbLtC2d
Is there a winter song or poem that is particularly meaningful or inspiring for you? If so, please share it with us!
