This survey requires that you review action items under the eight areas of focus in the policy’s procedural guidelines in order to provide feedback.

About this Survey

• The purpose is to support the review process of the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board’s Equity and Inclusive Education Policy and Procedures (P&P).
• It is available from May 5 until May 16, 2025
• The time to complete the survey will be dependent on reviewing the actions items and providing feedback.
• With the exception of the very first question of the survey, all of the questions are optional so that you may choose which areas you wish to leave feedback on
• It is anonymous. Other respondents cannot see your responses. All responses will be combined for reporting.
• No results specific to any group of fewer than 10 individuals will be analyzed or reported on
