About this Survey
- The purpose is to support the review process of the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board’s Equity and Inclusive Education Policy and Procedures (P&P).
- It is available from May 5 until May 16, 2025
- The time to complete the survey will be dependent on reviewing the actions items and providing feedback.
- With the exception of the very first question of the survey, all of the questions are optional so that you may choose which areas you wish to leave feedback on
- It is anonymous. Other respondents cannot see your responses. All responses will be combined for reporting.
- No results specific to any group of fewer than 10 individuals will be analyzed or reported on

During this phase of the project, feedback will be reviewed and considered as part of the finalization of this P&P. The policy development and review process at SMCDSB also includes review and approval by the Education Leadership Council and the Board of Trustees.
