Nurturing Staff Faith and Spirituality

Welcome SMCDSB Staff!

Throughout the 2024-2025 school year, various faith and spiritual based engagement opportunities for SMCDSB Staff will be added to this folder. These will be added for each school month with the exception of May.

Your voice matters! It is important that we hear from our staff in order to:

  • Better understand your faith & spiritual needs
  • Inform and support the planning and implementation of faith & spiritual enrichment opportunities and initiatives
  • Better understand how to support staff via resources
  • Determine any improvements or opportunities for our current communications 
  • Creative a safe and inclusive space for faith and spiritual based content

Your Privacy Matters! We want all staff to feel safe, confident, and comfortable engaging in this topic. To achieve this: 

  • All engagement within this folder, unless otherwise stated, is anonymous. Any registration information that you have provided will not be attached to any of your responses, therefore not available to other participants.
  • All of the engagement opportunities in this folder are restricted to staff only.
